Honda CRF110F Bored Cylinder Crankcase set allows use of up to a 58mm piston/cylinder kit to be used with your stock 110cc build up to a 173cc (58mm piston with +10mm Stroker Crankshaft). The larger big bore/stroker kits will be available later this year. This crankcase set is now available for custom order. Custom orders generally take 30-90 days depending availability of parts. Once ordered, you will be next in line for the first available kit. If you would like to cancel your order at any time, you may do so for a full refund, so there is no need to feel locked in during the order process.
Our replacement crankcase set is a bargain considering OEM replacements are over $600 for a set!
This set does include a straight crankcase breather barb fitting at the back of the case to allow a faster flow of ventilation unlock the stock setup that has a 90* bend reducing flow.
NOTE- Current in stock batch will not work with TB 58mm cylinder due to the longer cylinder sleeve. Initial batch was made before TB Cylinder was released and initially designed for the CNC cylinders which have a shorter sleeve.
