The CJR Honda CRF110F Bored Cylinder Crankcase Set allows you to run up to a 58mm piston/cylinder kit, supporting builds ranging from a stock 110cc setup up to 173cc (58mm piston with a +10mm stroker crankshaft).

Our replacement crankcase set offers excellent value, especially considering OEM replacement crankcase sets cost over $600!

This set also includes a straight crankcase breather barb fitting at the rear of the case, allowing improved crankcase ventilation compared to the stock 90-degree fitting, which can restrict airflow.

CUSTOM ORDER – QUARTERLY ORDERING

This product is available by custom order. CJR Performance places custom parts orders four times per year on the following schedule:

January 1 | April 1 | July 1 | October 1

Orders must be placed at least 7 days before the scheduled quarterly ordering date to be included in that cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the next quarterly order.

Once your order is submitted, your crankcase set will be included in the next applicable ordering cycle and shipped once available.

Please note: Quarterly ordering dates are not guaranteed shipping dates. Manufacturing, parts availability, and shipping times may vary.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your custom order at any time before shipment for a full refund, so there's no need to feel locked in during the ordering process.

IMPORTANT FITMENT INFORMATION

NOTE: The current batch of crankcases is NOT compatible with the TB 58mm cylinder due to its longer cylinder sleeve. The initial batch was designed for CNC cylinders with shorter sleeves before the TB cylinder was released.
