Shipping Methods
Orders typically ship by the following business day from when they are placed. Mail in flash orders do not ship until we receive your ECU to flash. Once we receive it, we flash it and ship back any other items purchased on the same order.
Mail in ECU's once received generally ship back out by the following business day.
We do provide shipping options for international orders.
CJR insures all packages so that in the instance your package is lost or damaged in transit, you can be reimbursed by the shipping company. CJR is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept items, for return only. The item must still be in new condition, unused, unaltered and free of damages by the customer within 30 days of purchase. For all returns there will be a 15% re stocking fee paid by the customer. Customer will also be responsible for paying for return shipping. Items cannot be returned after 30 days from the receipt of the original order. If you purchase a new flashed ECU and decide you do not want you old stock ECU, you can return it for $50 up to a $95 refund depending on the model of ECU. We do not offer returns on flashed ECU's.
