CJR Honda CRF110F Custom Cylinder

Our CJR Honda CRF110F Custom Cylinder offers multiple bore sizes and sleeve options to accommodate a wide range of engine builds, from stock displacement to larger performance setups.

• OEM Fitment: Designed to retain compatibility with the factory skid plate and angled OEM temperature sensor.

• Optional Oil Cooler Ports: Available for additional oil cooling configurations.

• Custom Bore Sizes:

  • 50mm – 110cc

  • 52mm – 118cc

  • 53.5mm – 125cc

  • 55mm – 132cc

  • 58mm – 147cc

  • 59mm – 153cc

• Crankcase Compatibility: The largest piston size compatible with unmodified OEM crankcases is 55mm. Larger 58mm and 59mm cylinders require crankcase boring.

Cylinder Sleeve Options

Custom sleeve outside diameters are available to accommodate OEM or bored crankcases.

• 50mm–55mm cylinders: Can be configured for OEM crankcases or ordered with a larger outside-diameter sleeve for customers planning future cylinder boring.

• 56mm–59mm cylinders: Require crankcase boring to accommodate the larger cylinder sleeve.

CUSTOM ORDER – QUARTERLY ORDERING

This product is available by custom order. CJR Performance places custom parts orders four times per year on the following schedule:

January 1 | April 1 | July 1 | October 1

Orders must be placed at least 7 days before the scheduled quarterly ordering date to be included in that cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the next quarterly order.

Manufacturer Minimum Order Requirement: Our supplier requires a minimum combined order of 30 cylinders before production orders can be submitted. Customer orders will be grouped together to meet this requirement.

If the 30-cylinder minimum has not been met by the scheduled quarterly ordering date, your order will carry over to the next ordering cycle until the minimum quantity is reached.

Please note: Quarterly ordering dates are not guaranteed production or shipping dates. Manufacturing, parts availability, minimum order quantities, and shipping times may vary.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your custom order at any time before shipment for a full refund, so there's no need to feel locked in during the ordering process.

AFTER AN ORDER HAS BEEN FULFILLED TO THE CUSTOMERS ADDRESS, IN THE EVENT OF A RETURN - A RETURN RESTOCK FEE OF 25% WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY RETURNED KITS.
