CJR Honda CRF110F Custom Piston Kit

The CJR Honda CRF110F Custom Piston Kit is available in bore sizes ranging from 50mm to 60mm, allowing you to customize your engine build to meet your performance goals. Stock crankcases accommodate up to a 55mm piston, while larger sizes up to 60mm require crankcase modifications and a compatible cylinder.

Piston Kit Includes:

• Piston, rings, circlips, piston pin

Available Options:

• Cylinder Head: 2V or 4V (4V requires a minimum 53mm bore)

• Piston Design: Domed (higher compression) or flat top

• Bore Sizes: 50mm (110cc), 52mm (118cc), 53mm (122cc), 54mm (128cc), 55mm (132cc), 57.5mm (with +4 crank = 155cc) 58mm (147cc), 60mm (157cc)

• Crankshaft: Stock stroke, +4mm stroker, or +10mm stroker

• Material: Cast or forged

Cast vs. Forged: Cast pistons generally offer reduced weight and less thermal expansion, while forged pistons provide greater strength and durability but typically require more clearance for thermal expansion. CJR generally recommends cast pistons for the CRF110F due to their lighter weight and suitability for smaller-displacement engines.

Important Notes:

• 50mm, 55mm, and 60mm pistons are available in cast only.

• 56+mm applications require crankcase modifications and a compatible cylinder.

• Listed displacement figures are based on stock crankshaft stroke unless noted.

CUSTOM ORDER – QUARTERLY ORDERING

This product is available by custom order. CJR Performance places custom parts orders four times per year: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Orders must be placed at least 7 days before the scheduled quarterly ordering date to be included in that cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the following quarterly order.

Cancellation Policy: Custom orders may be canceled at any time before shipment for a full refund.
