- CRF110 132cc Big Bore Power Packages - BBR / TB Parts / CJR Performance -
A range of options for those looking to do a simple, yet efficient 132cc big bore kit for a direct piston/cylinder upgrade all the way up to a full tilt 132cc race package for your Honda CRF110. We created these packages in mind of getting the best bang for the buck per upgrade. Despite similar peak horsepower numbers of our stock bore kits, these big bore packages will add an average 25-30% more torque for that instant throttle response we crave throughout the RPM range over the stock/OEM 9.3:1 compression piston. 
These kits are offered for both the TB Parts 132cc Kit and BBR 132cc Kit to support your favorite team, while the 132R race kit is a custom combination of everything needed to get the most from your race build. These packages are recommended to be used with aftermarket full system exhaust however we do have individual tunes for each full system exhaust currently on the market including stock, with or without the CJR CNC Tip. 
- NOTE - This package requires sending in your ECU. Pre-flashed ECU's are available upon request.

132cc Big Bore Stage 1 Power Package (CRF110 BBS1) 
This package adds an increase in torque throughout the rev range offering a ~25-30% increase everywhere over stock. Perfect for someone just looking for simple bolt on power for a mainly stock upgraded bike. Tunes are available for stock exhaust, CJC CNC baffle, slip on and individual tunes for each aftermarket full system exhaust. Expect similar power delivery as stock, but with more punch everywhere.

132cc Big Bore Stage 1+Camshaft Power Package (CRF110 BBS1+) 
This package adds an increase in power ~15% in the midrange and a ~25% increase at redline over Big Bore Stage 1. Perfect for someone looking for an increase in performance while utilizing the stock intake manifold/19mm throttle body. Tunes are available for stock exhaust, CJC CNC baffle, slip on and individual tunes for each aftermarket full system exhaust.

132cc Big Bore Stage 2 Power Package (CRF110 BBS2)
This package is designed to remove the biggest limitation for power for top end that is found on these engines which is the stock intake manifold and 19mm throttle body. With the larger Intake Hose, 24mm Throttle Body, and CNC Intake Manifold, Expect to see a ~50% increase over Stage 1+ and a 115% increase compared to stock at 9,000rpm. Tunes are available for stock exhaust, CJC CNC baffle, slip on and individual tunes for each aftermarket full system exhaust.

132cc Big Bore Stage 2+Camshaft Power Package (CRF110 BBS2+) 
This package is designed to remove the second biggest limitation for power found on these engines for a big bore upgrade which is the low lift OEM camshaft. Expect to feel a strong pull from bottom to top with power that keeps on pulling, unlike the stock cam that falls off early in the rev range. Adding the performance camshaft nets an additional ~30% increase over Stage 2 and almost a 200% increase over stock at 10,000rpm. Tunes are available for stock exhaust, CJC CNC baffle, slip on and individual tunes for each aftermarket full system exhaust.

132cc Big Bore Stage 3 Race Power Package (CRF110 BBS3) 
This kit takes things to the next level featuring a larger 30mm throttle body/CNC Manifold, CNC ported head from Avail Motorsports and power delivery improved throughout the mid range into top end overrev. Perfect for those that race on the limiter. Tunes available for full system aftermarket exhaust only, recommended Yoshimura, Rocket Big bore, Bills Big bore. 
Note: Smaller diameter exhaust (PC, CS, Bills std, Rocket Std, Stock) will reduce performance and will not net full potential of this kit.

These package DO include an ECU flash so it will require you to mail your stock ECU to be flashed for your exact build configuration and updated for the new modifications. If you would like to purchase a new ECU and have us ship it with the kit, send us a message via email or the website chat box.

What Supporting Mods do I need? 
Recommended supporting mods include - 
- Additional crankcase ventilation to help keep these engines running cool. Avail motorsports valve cover and/or oil cap crankcase vent
- Upgraded Clutch Spring or CJR/TB 6 Spring Clutch Conversion
- Cam chain upgrade kit (cam chain guide, manual tensioner, avail oil pump gear) - Removes the rubber rollers known to get destroyed over time leaving small rubber chunks in the cases. Upgrades the oil pump gear which is known to sheer, which then leaves to a non-functioning oil pump.
- Recommended but not required - Full manual conversion kit - CJR full manual rotor, Avail Hydro hand clutch conversion, 6 spring clutch kit. 

What do I need to run E85? 
For the stock head Stage 1, Stage 1+, Stage 2, and Stage 2+ packages a larger 120cc injector upgrade is required and our custom tune settings are required for the dual map. For the Stage 3 race kit with 30mm throttle body and race head, the 140cc injector would be required. 

Can't decide TB Parts or BBR? Both are great options from companies supporting the mini moto scene for years. The BBR kit comes in with a 10.25:1 compression and TB Parts Kit offers both a low compression (with thick base gasket) and high compression (with thin base gasket) package. The BBR and TB Parts (Thick Gasket Option) is perfect for a pump fuel safe applications looking for reliability for years to come, while the TB Parts kit (Thin Gasket Option) would be optimal for a higher compression race engine to run higher octane fuel or E85. On average we see a 10-15% increase in performance across the RPM range from the TB thick compared to the TB thin option.
