CJR Performance Honda CBR600RR ECU Flash
The best way to derestrict your Honda CBR600RR is with our Custom ECU Flash! We spent countless hours spent on the dyno with individual cylinder tuning of various intakes, velocity stacks, and exhaust combinations. From there we moved to the race track and have completely optimized the ECU for the 2007-2008, 2009-2012, and 2013+ models. This ECU flash can be used solo or with an existing piggyback fuel controller such as a Power Commander 5 or 6, great for those running additional modifications outside of our custom ECU Flash options.
Features and Custom Options Include -
- Custom Gear by Gear Ignition Timing - For optimal performance across the entire RPM range in every gear.
- Custom Individual Cylinder Tuning - Revised for every throttle position along with various manifold pressure to allow the best tip-in throttle and fueling across the entire RPM range.
- Revised Start of Injection Timing - For additional improved throttle response and performance across the entire RPM range.

Revised Injector Balance - With revised injector balance between the lower primary injectors and upper shower injectors, this helps even further improve top end performance to continue pulling strong where the stock settings fall off.
- Optional Custom RPM Limit - Keep OEM rev limit or increase +500 RPM which is safely recommended with aftermarket velocity stacks.
- Decel Fuel Cut - Continues to allow fuel over-run on deceleration which in turn allows for smoother On/Off throttle inputs.
- Custom Fan Temps - Optional custom change from factory's 217/239F settings.
- Adjust Target Idle RPM - (Optional / OEM 1400rpm +/-100rpm).
- Add Launch Control (Coming October 2024 for 2013+ CBR600RR's, 07-12 models are currently in testing.) - Start the bike, click from neutral into 1st gear and hold wide open throttle to a set target RPM, thus helping achieve better and more consistent starts.
- Custom Launch Control Rev Limit (Coming October 2024!) Custom choose your preferred launch RPM.

Add Dual Ignition Map Switch (Coming October 2024!) (Requires - Map Switch) We utilize this on our race builds for a soft/aggressive tune for a rain and dry map switch. This is also available to have an on the fly adjustment for two different engine braking strategies.
- Custom Engine Braking - Heavy option would remain like OEM, while medium setting would allow slightly less engine braking, and light setting would allow for the least amount of engine braking.

NOTE: For bikes equipped with fuel cut based quick shifters - It is recommended to have a standalone unit like the Dyonjet Standalone Quickshifter. A QS that cuts fuel to both the upper and lower injectors, or ignition based QS. When adjusting the injector balance to the upper injectors for wide open throttle, the fuel cut on most quick shifters (piggyback based) applies only to the lower injectors. This becomes an issue where the quick shifter tries to cut fuel to an injector that is not sending much fuel to begin with.
