The best way to derestrict your Honda CBR600RR is with our Custom CJR Performance CBR600RR ECU Flash! We spent countless hours on the dyno with individual cylinder tuning of various air filters, velocity stacks, and exhaust combinations. From there we headed to the track and have completely optimized the ECU for the 2007-2008, 2009-2012, and 2013+ models. Each ECU is handled with care and custom suited to match your modifications and riding style.
This ECU flash can be used solo or with an existing piggyback fuel controller such as a Power Commander 5 or 6, great for those running additional modifications outside of our custom ECU Flash options.

Features and Custom Options Include -
- Custom Gear by Gear Ignition Timing - For optimal performance across the entire RPM range in every gear.
- Custom Individual Cylinder Tuning - On our test exhaust systems we weld in an O2 bung on each header coming out of the cylinder head for custom tuning all 4 cylinders, opposed to just using the single O2 found at the collector. With this we are able to optimize each cylinder for a very refined target air/fuel. This is especially important when paired with aftermarket velocity stacks which can cause a range of lean/rich conditions per each cylinder. During testing/tuning we revise fueling for every throttle position along with updated manifold pressure maps to allow the best tip-in throttle and optimal fueling across the entire RPM range.
- Revised Start of Injection Timing - For additional improved throttle response and performance across the entire RPM range.

Revised Injector Balance - With revised injector balance between the lower primary injectors and upper shower injectors, this helps even further improve top end performance to continue pulling strong where the stock settings fall off.
- Optional Custom RPM Limit - Keep OEM rev limit or increase +500 RPM which is safely recommended with aftermarket velocity stacks.
- Custom Fan Temps - Optional custom change from factory's 217/239F settings.
- Disable Exhaust Servo (Optional) - (On for Stock or Slip On Exhaust - Off for Cat/Servo delete and Full System Exhaust)

Optional Engine Braking Strategy / Deceleration Fuel Cut (DCFC)*-
- Heavy Engine Braking - Stock + DCFC On - No changes in deceleration compared to OEM, expect jerky on/off throttle and heavy engine braking when coasting to a stop.
- Medium Engine Braking - Stock + DCFC Off - This will provide slightly less engine braking than stock, with slightly smoother on/off throttle transition at all RPM ranges.
- CJR Custom Engine Braking - This setting was built and refined at the track and used on our current race/track builds, this setting has slightly less engine braking than the medium setting when completely off throttle. This setting also has a lot of revised changes in the 1%-25% throttle area to allow extremely smooth throttle control. Perfect for buttery smooth transitions of on/off throttle changes during switchbacks and at full lean, suited perfectly for the track.

*Decel Fuel Cut (DCFC) = Continues to allow fuel over-run on deceleration which in turn allows for smoother On/Off throttle inputs and slightly less engine braking. Stock (DCFC ON) will shut all injectors off when decelerating at 0% throttle. With DCFC OFF, the injectors will continue to flow when decelerating at 0% throttle.

Add Launch Control (Requires Full System Exhaust / Deleted Ex Servo)
- Allow bike warmup, when ready for LC key on, start the bike, click from neutral into 1st gear and while holding the clutch. Hold throttle wide open to a set target RPM, and you're ready to launch. - Custom Launch Control Rev Limit - Custom choose your preferred launch RPM.

NOTE: For bikes equipped with fuel cut based quick shifters - It is recommended to have a standalone unit like the Dyonjet Standalone Quickshifter. A QS that cuts fuel to both the upper and lower injectors, or ignition based QS. When adjusting the injector balance to the upper injectors for wide open throttle, the fuel cut on most quick shifters (piggyback based) applies only to the lower injectors. This becomes an issue where the quick shifter tries to cut fuel to an injector that is not sending much fuel to begin with.
