Description
The Honda CRF125F comes with a very weak clutch design using a 4 spring kit that allows more of an on/off feel when feathering the lever. With the 6 spring HD upgrade, it will allow for a more progressive feel, stronger engagement for big bore builds, and has been tested to last on our in house big bore shop build.
CJR 6 Spring / 4 Disc Clutch Kit -
- This 6 Spring 4 Disc kit will include a complete replacement of the OEM clutch using OEM Honda components.
- Utilizes the OEM basket
- Stiffer Clutch Springs
- CNC Lifter plate is provided to add strength vs the OEM cast lifter plate. Ensure tightening evenly on the lifter plate during installation to avoid breaking tabs.
- Optional Lightweight Oil Spinner Available (+$59.99)
Included in the kit -
- 1 CJR Clutch Pack
- 1 Supplied Spacer Washer (Used between the outer OEM washer and clutch pack itself)
Outside looking in / Bearing -> 19mm Nut -> OEM Washer -> Supplied Kit Washer -> Clutch Assembly
Installation Requirements / Install Tips
- Spanner Nut removal tool
- Ensure the washer between the clutch pack and basket remains in place
- Remove lifter plate and springs, ensure the outer clutch ears can move freely in the OEM basket, install clutch pack into basket -> THEN install and tighten lifter plate/springs.

- Fiber 2.1mm +/-.05mm
- Steel 1.6mm +/-.05mm
