Now available for custom order is the +4mm and +10mm forged crankshaft. Custom orders generally take 30-90 days depending availability of parts. Once ordered, you will be next in line for the first available crankshaft. If you would like to cancel your order at any time, you may do so for a full refund, so there is no need to feel locked in during the order process.
+4mm Stroker Crankshaft -
- Increases big bore 55mm/132cc displacement to 142cc. Expect a large increase in low-mid range toque.
- +4mm stroker crankshaft may be used with OEM cases while paired with a 132cc/55mm TB/BBR/CJR cylinder.
- Requires custom 2v or 4v piston.
+10mm Stroker Crankshaft
- Recommended with 58mm Piston Kit for a displacement of 173cc.
- +10mm crankshaft requires CJR CNC cylinder.
- Requires custom 2v or 4v piston.
- +10mm crankshaft includes modified oil pump shaft as shown in top left of the photo.
IMPORTANT NOTE - THESE AFTERMARKET CRANKSHAFTS WILL REQUIRE USING A MANUAL LOCKOUT DUE TO THE DESIGN OF THE ONE-WAY CLUTCH. The stock one-way clutch during engagement and dis-engagement causes an excessive amount of stress on furthest part of the crankshaft and can over time create a weak point which in turn may see a failure with aggressive riding.
