CJR Honda CRF110F Custom Stroker Crankshaft

Increase the displacement and performance of your Honda CRF110F with a CJR Custom Stroker Crankshaft. Available in +4mm and +10mm configurations, these crankshafts allow for larger displacement builds and increased torque when paired with the appropriate piston and cylinder setup.

+4mm Stroker Crankshaft

• Increases a 55mm/132cc build to 142cc, a 58mm/147cc build to 157cc, or a 59mm build to 163cc.

• Estimated 15–20% torque increase compared to the stock stroke.

• Compatible with OEM crankcases when paired with a 55mm/132cc TB, BBR, or CJR cylinder.

• Requires a custom 2V or 4V piston designed for the increased stroke. Other pistons have not been tested for compatibility.

• Recommended with a 28/24 race head and 30mm throttle body kit.

+10mm Stroker Crankshaft

• Increases a 58mm/147cc build to 173cc or a 59mm/153cc build to 179cc.

• Requires a custom 2V piston designed for the increased stroke. Other pistons have not been tested for compatibility.

• Recommended with a 28/24 race head and 30mm throttle body kit.

• Includes a machined oil pump shaft required for installation.

• Requires a kick-start setup.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION NOTE: These aftermarket crankshafts require a manual lockout due to the design of the OEM one-way clutch. Engagement and disengagement of the stock one-way clutch can create excessive stress on the outer portion of the crankshaft, potentially weakening it over time and increasing the risk of failure during aggressive riding.

CUSTOM ORDER – QUARTERLY ORDERING

This product is available by custom order. CJR Performance places custom parts orders four times per year: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

Orders must be placed at least 7 days before the scheduled quarterly ordering date to be included in that cycle. Orders placed after the cutoff will be included in the following quarterly order.
