Now available for custom order is the +4mm and +10mm forged crankshaft. Custom orders generally take 30-90 days depending availability of parts. Once ordered, you will be next in line for the first available crankshaft. If you would like to cancel your order at any time, you may do so for a full refund, so there is no need to feel locked in during the order process.
+4mm Stroker Crankshaft -
- Increases big bore 55mm/132cc displacement to 142cc or 147cc /58mm up to a 157cc package. This can also pair with a 59mm piston/cylinder for a 163cc build. Expect around a 15-20% increase toque with the +4mm crankshaft.
- +4mm stroker crankshaft may be used with OEM cases while paired with a 132cc/55mm TB/BBR/CJR cylinder.
- Requires custom 2v or 4v piston for the increased stroke. (May work with other pistons but have not tested to confirm)
- Recommended to be paired with 28/24 race head and 30mm throttle body kit.
+10mm Crankshaft
- Increases displacement from a 147cc/58mm to a 173cc when paired with a 58mm piston, and when paired with a 153cc/59mm piston increases displacement to 179cc.
- Requires custom 2v piston for the increased stroke. (May work with other pistons but have not tested to confirm)
- Recommended to be paired with 28/24 race head and 30mm throttle body kit.
- Includes machined oil pump shat which is required during installation.
IMPORTANT NOTE - THESE AFTERMARKET CRANKSHAFTS WILL REQUIRE USING A MANUAL LOCKOUT DUE TO THE DESIGN OF THE ONE-WAY CLUTCH. The stock one-way clutch during engagement and dis-engagement causes an excessive amount of stress on furthest part of the crankshaft and can over time create a weak point which in turn may see a failure with aggressive riding.
