Description

Our CJR Performance Custom CRF110 ECU Flash is configured to match the modifications installed on your build. Since 2019, we have spent countless hours on the dyno and track testing various setups to make each of these individual custom tunes. Here at CJR, we have built maps for almost EVERY combination of intake, throttle body size, manifold design, camshaft, injector, cylinder head, piston, and exhaust found on the market today. This makes us a great choice when choosing your next modification with peace of mind that we'll have your new tune covered for your future upgrades. 

The CJR Performance ECU Flash has been created on our top of the line Dynojet 250i. Since the beginning of 2019 we have had well over 5,000 dyno runs on the CRF110’s alone which has now created over 500 different tunes to choose from!

These CRF110’s run very lean when adding just an aftermarket exhaust, which gets worse with an intake. The CJR ECU Flash has revised fuel and ignition timing to target the most powerful, yet most reliable tunes available. It is important to keep in mind, one tune does not fit all. These ECU’s need different fuel AND Ignition adjustments for each modification and differ per each intake or exhaust system so it is important to have a tune to match. The CRF110F runs a fixed open loop fuel map utilizing a MAP sensor. This means without an O2 sensor on the head or exhaust, it does not have a learning system to make slight changes for engine modifications like street motorcycles do. So if you are to make a change to your modification, you will need to get an ECU flash or fuel controller.

-- CJR Conservative Spec - A softer version of the CJR Performance Spec, to allow the use of lower octane fuel, or keep the temps down on those long wide open rides.
-- CJR Performance Spec - Our custom revised ignition table to target the perfect blend of all around performance and longevity. 
-- CJR Race Spec - For use with our custom E85 tunes or paired with higher octane race fuel. This setting requires a high compression stock bore piston or big bore kit to take full advantage of the more aggressive ignition tables.
-- Stock/OEM Ignition Table - A non-modified OEM ignition map, found on the stock ECU.

Fuel Map 1 - Choose from a list of fuels that will most commonly be used for your build.
Fuel Map 2 (Optional) - Add a second fuel trim to your build, for example -
- Pump Fuel + Race Fuel Tunes (87, 91, 93, VP T4, U4.4, MR12, E85, C85, Etc.)
- Dual Elevation Tunes (One tune for low elevation and one for higher elevation, must specify elevations planned for use)
- Stock Exhaust and Aftermarket Exhaust Dual Map
- Stock Piston to High Compression Stock Bore Piston Dual Map
- Stock Camshaft to Aftermarket Camshaft Dual Map
- Stock Injector to 120cc/min Injector Dual Map
- Custom Request - Get Creative and we'll let you know if it's something we can do!

NOTE -
For CRF110 - Stock Bore E85/C85 Tunes will require high compression and 120cc/injector. 
For CRF110 - Big Bore 132cc E85/C85 Tunes will require 140cc Injector if paired with an aftermarket camshaft AND the 24/26mm or larger throttle body upgrade. If stock camshaft is used, 120cc is recommended.
E85 and C85 tunes will be sluggish response during cold start until the bike is warmed up, this is normal.

ECU flashing is turned around and shipped back within 1-2 business days. Please include a note with your ECU that has your name and order number on it. We do not send labels/boxes to ship in your ECU. The shipping paid at checkout covers us shipping the ECU back to you after we receive it. 

*If a mail-in ECU flash is purchased with other products, the other products will be shipped back in the same package the newly flashed ECU that is being mailed back to you.

ECU Flashes are non refundable once and ECU has been flashed with the tune.

3/19/2019 - First tune created, only Fuel/ignition/RPM Limit available
3/2020 - Revised tunes with more aggressive ignition tables
3/2021 - Revised and removed restrictions to further improve low RPM throttle response
8/2022 - TPS Issue resolved for low rpm tip-in hesitation issues, reset upon flashing
6/2023 - Added optional conservative/standard dual ignition upgrade, offers aggressive ignition upgrade + optional fuel trim settings, revised fuel/ignition and tip-in settings to further improve performance. All stock injector tunes are now available with the 120cc/minute injector.
