The CJR Performance ECU Flash has been created on our top of the line Dynojet 250i. Since the beginning of 2019 we have had over 5,000 dyno runs on the CRF110’s alone which has created over 300 different tunes to choose from!

$99 Mail-In ECU Flash V1 (Budget Flash)* - Mail in your stock ECU for a budget friendly ECU flash specific to your modifications and we mail it back. The V1 flash includes a powerful and reliable map with the basics to match your build - V1 includes revised fuel/ignition/rpm limit.

$149 Mail-In ECU Flash V2 (Premium ECU Flash)* - Mail in your stock ECU for our premium ECU flash specific to your modifications and we mail it back. The V2 flash has a much more aggressive map coming in from additional settings enabled that do not come standard on the V1. Read below for full details.

$429 Dynojet PV3 - Get a FREE CJR SPEC TUNE when you purchase a Dynojet PV3 from CJR Performance. This handheld flash tool to allow YOU to flash your CRF110 with our CJR tunes and allows us to email over updates/changes.

$499 Dynojet PV3 - This option comes with (3) CJR Tunes Included for $499. Different tunes offer soft/aggressive maps, different fuels, different exhaust (stock/aftermarket), or maybe high/low altitude maps. Whatever it is, we have you covered.

$399 Dynojet WBCX Kit - This wideband O2 sensor kit allows you to datalog, monitor, and record real time AFR and allows CJR to further refine your map with a custom tune. *Requires O2 bung welded in the exhaust.

These CRF110’s run very lean when adding just an aftermarket exhaust, which gets worse with an intake. The CJR ECU Flash has revised fuel and ignition timing to target the most powerful, yet most reliable tunes available. It is important to keep in mind, one tune does not fit all. These ECU’s need different fuel adjustments for each modification so it is important to have a tune to match. The CRF110F runs a fixed open loop fuel map utilizing a MAP sensor. This means without an O2 sensor on the head or exhaust, it does not have a learning system to make slight changes for engine modifications like most motorcycles do. So if you are to make a change to your modification, you will need to get an ECU flash or fuel controller.

Orders ship on Tuesdays and Thursdays with the exception of mail in ECU’s. Those ship by the following business day after being received. Reach out to us if you need faster shipping. ***If a mail-in ECU flash is purchased with other products, the other products will be shipped back in the same package the newly flashed ECU that is being mailed back to you.

***** We do offer an ECU exchange program, here’s how it works. *****-Purchase a new OEM Honda ECU from us, we will flash it to your modifications to ship your way. Once you receive the new ECU, install it and are satisfied with the performance. You may then send your ECU back our way for a $100 return credit on your account once we receive your ECU. YOU MUST INCLUDE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND TO LET US KNOW IT’S A RETURN FOR CORE CREDIT.
