The CJR Performance ECU Flash has been created on our top of the line Dynojet 250i. Since the beginning of 2019 we have had well over 5,000 dyno runs on the CRF110’s alone which has now created over 500 different tunes to choose from!
These CRF110’s run very lean when adding just an aftermarket exhaust, which gets worse with an intake. The CJR ECU Flash has revised fuel and ignition timing to target the most powerful, yet most reliable tunes available. It is important to keep in mind, one tune does not fit all. These ECU’s need different fuel AND Ignition adjustments for each modification and differ per each intake or exhaust system so it is important to have a tune to match. The CRF110F runs a fixed open loop fuel map utilizing a MAP sensor. This means without an O2 sensor on the head or exhaust, it does not have a learning system to make slight changes for engine modifications like street motorcycles do. So if you are to make a change to your modification, you will need to get an ECU flash or fuel controller.

- V1/V2 Tune Update to V3 -
This is for customers that currently have an older V1 or V2 tune and want to ensure they are on the latest V2 tune update with optional dual ignition, or want to update and add the new V3 tune features. The new V2/V3 tunes have revisions to correct minor issues found in older tunes and ensure you are on the latest tune update that has been made specific for your build.

$399 Dynojet WBCX Kit - This wideband O2 sensor kit allows you to data log, monitor, and record real time AFR and allows CJR to further refine your map with a custom tune. *Requires O2 bung welded in the exhaust.

ECU flashing is turned around and shipped back within 1-2 business days. Please include a note with your ECU that has your name and order number on it. We do not send labels/boxes to ship in your ECU. The shipping paid at checkout covers us shipping the ECU back to you after we receive it.
*If a mail-in ECU flash is purchased with other products, the other products will be shipped back in the same package the newly flashed ECU that is being mailed back to you.
ECU Flashes are non refundable once and ECU has been flashed with the tune.

6/2023 - V2/V3 Update/Upgrade Option - Adds optional conservative/standard dual ignition upgrade, V3R offers aggressive ignition upgrade + optional fuel trim settings, low rpm tip-in hesitation resolved, revised fuel/ignition and tip-in settings to improve performance. All stock injector tunes are now available with the 110cc/minute injector.

NOTE - E85/C85 Tunes will require high compression and 110cc/injector. These tunes are currently only available for stock bore high compression builds as we are currently work on tunes for the 132cc big bore kits. E85 and C85 tunes will be sluggish response during cold start until the bike is warmed up, this is normal.
