The Honda CRF110F uses a very weak clutch design with a single spring that allows more of an on/off feel, even with the manual conversion cover. With the 6 spring HD upgrade, it will allow for a more progressive feel, stronger engagement for bigger builds, and has been tested to last on our current big bore builds.

CJR 6 Spring / 4 Disc Clutch Kit - This 6 Spring 4 Disc kit will include a complete replacement of the OEM clutch using OEM Honda components from the SuperCub125/Grom clutch modified to work properly with the CRF110. -
- CRF110F Gear / Basket assembled (you need to retain your OEM washer that sits between these two)
- CRF110F 6 Spring Hub with Lifter Plate
- CRF110F Friction and Steel Plates
- CRF110F Heavy Duty Stiffer 6 Spring Kit
*FOR REPLACEMENT CLUTCH PLATES - OEM GROM FRICTION/STEEL ARE USED AND MAY BE SUPPLIED BY ANY OEM HONDA DEALER

TB Heavy Duty Clutch Basket Assembly – CRF110

TBparts heavy duty clutch basket assembly for the Honda CRF110. We wanted to offer a clutch for the CRF110 that would hold more power and work better. We sourced an OEM Honda gear to ensure a perfect fit and high quality product. We then went back to a traditional 5 fiber 6 spring clutch pack. We feel this helps the transmission shift better too. Our custom HD springs are made to hold the power of big bore kits. Complete from gear to lifter plate. Bolt on! – Instructions available online.

This Clutch Conversion Set can be installed on carbureted and fuel injected 110cc engines with block codes KWB, KWW and K03.

CNC Lifter plate is available to add strength vs the OEM cast lifter plate. Ensure tightening evenly on the lifter plate during installation to avoid breaking tabs.

This can be used on the OEM auto clutch, semi-auto with aftermarket clutch cover, or full manual conversion.
