27mm / 30mm Throttle Body + Intake Manifold Kit 2022+ Honda Grom / Monkey

Upgrade the stock 24mm throttle body and cast manifold with a ported 26mm or 27mm throttle body, along with the CJR ported manifold. Our ported manifold is designed to be used with either a stock or port matched race head.

The 26mm throttle body kit may be used with your stock unmodified OEM intake manifold for an average 3-4% increase across the entire RPM range - No additional tune upgrade is required when moving from the OEM 24mm, bolt on and enjoy the additional power! 

The 27mm Throttle Body Kit will require the CJR ported manifold and the combination makes for an average 7-8% increase in power through the midrange and top end while on the stock cylinder head. On average we see a 1hp increase when combined with intake/exhaust/camshaft/tune Additional tune upgrade is required for the combination upgrade.

The CJR 30mm Throttle Body Kit creates a big bump in low-mid range torque, most noticeable during roll on throttle and a gain in top end overrev. The intake manifold is ported from 30mm to 25mm at the cylinder head. It is highly recommended to pair this with a S1 camshaft and 140cc injector to fully benefit this option and pairs great with a custom ECU flash or aRacer standalone. The 30mm throttle body has a machined outer lip to ensure your current 38mm intake like the chimera, drow, or mnnthbx intake will work with this throttle body, so no need for a new intake like the larger 34mm koso/kitaco/takegawa require. 
Note - The 30mm throttle body itself does not use the fast idle valve so that will be removed during install. 

*Note - Requires swapping OEM throttle cable bracket onto the new throttle body
**Note - No EVAP nipple is located on the new manifold. 
***Note - Cam reel does have a slightly different orientation, does not affect performance or install. A throttle cable adjustment may be required.
