CJR Performance CNC Intake Manifold CRF125F - V1 Intake Manifold Only is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Description
Description
This CJR CNC Intake Manifold is made right here in Orlando, FL. USA!
We designed this manifold to help remove the key restrictions found in the stock CRF125F manifold, while retaining as much low end throttle response as possible.
Features - V1 24mm-19.5mm (For use with stock cylinder head port)
- Two options to choose from, V1 for use with OEM cylinder head OR V2 for use with custom ported cylinder head!
- V1 - Smooth runner port from 24mm to 19.5mm
- V1 OEM mounting location for installing all necessary hardware
- V1 Designed to be used with stock 22mm throttle body, or have your throttle body sent off for an overbore up to 24mm to take full advantage of the larger manifold upgrade. (See Avail Motorsports throttle body service)
Features - V2 30mm Throttle Body + 30-23mm CNC Intake Manifold Kit
- CNC Machined 30mm to 23mm Manifold
- 30mm Throttle Body (Note - Removes Fast Idle Valve)
- 30mm Throttle Body is a single cable design
- Intake mounting diameter machined down to fit 38mm/1.5" intakes with 30mm or larger inner hose diameter (Decha, Pax, MMC)
- Requires ported cylinder head matched to 23mm
- Requires custom tune or aRacer standalone ECU
- If used with ECU flash, ensure tuner has custom tune available for 30mm kit
- Requires re-routed throttle cable (Route cable to front of handlebars, like modern 250R/450R, along right side of fuel tank, recommend cutting small relief for cable at the right front of the fuel tank cover)
Requirements -
- This part will require a tune as it will cause the bike to run extremely lean hindering both performance and reliability. aRacer standalone, Dynojet PC6 or our CJR Flash https://cameronjonesracing.com/products/honda-crf125f-ecu-flash-service
- 22mm-30mm throttle body option is recommended to modify the intake hose where it meets the throttle body to take advantage of the larger butterfly option.
- Aftermarket 22mm-30mm may require longer cables due to the change in cam reel location on certain throttle bodies.
Recommendations -
- Recommended but not required is using a stepped drill bit to slightly enlarge the OEM insulator found between the cylinder head and the manifold.
Installation -
This part is quite difficult to install due to the tight frame clearances and stiff intake boot. For our shop build we found it easiest to mount the hardware onto the intake manifold first. From here, move to the right side of the bike and install the manifold onto the cylinder head while the throttle body is off. Next, use a large flat head screwdriver to hold back the rubber intake boot while sliding the throttle body inward into place. Tighten remaining bolts and enjoy your new upgrade!
