This package is designed to remove the largest restrictions found in the stock intake hose, throttle body, and intake manifold to get the most out of your CRF110 build while retaining all OEM internals. Expect to feel similar low end performance as stock, with power that continues climbing strong to a raised rev limit of 10,200rpm.

Add some extra punch to your Stage 1 build with the Stage 1+ kit which adds the DHM High Compression Stock Bore Piston kit! With the addition of the HC Piston, we generally find a bump in 10-15% more power across the ENTIRE rpm range. This package is designed to remove the largest restrictions found in the stock intake hose, throttle body, and intake manifold to get the most out of your CRF110 build while retaining all OEM internals. Expect to feel a bump in low end performance compared to stock, with even more additional gains that continues climbing strong to a raised rev limit of 10,200rpm.

This package gives your build an extra 10-15% bump over Stage 2 with a bump in power across the entire RPM range. More response off the low end, stronger mid range pull with improved top end overrev. This kit is highly recommended to be paired with higher octane fuel or custom tuned for VP C85 or traditional pump e85.

Bring your stock bore build full tilt with our stock bore CJR110R package. Compared to the stage 3 kit, expect an additional bump across the RPM range that really comes on from 6,000rpm and up. Paired with an extra 1,000rpm of additional overrev and a new rev limit of 11,000rpm, all with no loss to the low end. (This kit is highly recommended to be paired with a larger exhaust like the Yoshimura, Rocket Big Bore, or Bills Big Bore System)

*Note - When using the OEM exhaust, we recommend adding the CJR CNC Exhaust baffle for an increase in low-mid range response and top end gains.
