- CJR Performance Stock Bore Power Packages for Honda CRF110 -
A wide range of options for those looking to do a simple, yet efficient stock bore kit on a mostly stock bike, up to a full tilt 110cc stock limited race build. These kits have been tested and proven over the years with countless hours both on the dyno and at the track.
- NOTE - This package requires sending in your ECU. Pre-flashed ECU's are available upon custom request.
CJR Stock Bore Stage 1 Power Package (SBS1)
This package is designed to remove the largest restrictions found in the stock intake system, including the OEM 19mm intake hose, OEM 19mm throttle body, and OEM 13mm intake manifold. Replaced with a newly updated OEM+ 25mm intake hose to net additional low end response while retaining top end overrev, a larger 24mm throttle body and an unrestricted CJR CNC Billet Intake Manifold. With this package you can expect to feel similar low end performance as stock, with power that continues climbing strong all the way to the newly raised rev limit of 10,200rpm, unlike the factory setup that falls off hard in the midrange.

CJR Stock Bore Stage 1+ Camshaft Power Package (SBS1+)
Compared to the Stock Bore Stage 1 power package, this package is for someone looking to keep the top end assembled and retain their OEM piston and valve springs. A great upgrade that can improve power throughout the mid to top end by up to while retaining good low end torque.

CJR Stock Bore Stage 2 Power Package (SBS2)
Add some extra punch with the Stage 2 kit which adds the DHM High Compression Stock Bore Piston Kit! The factory's low 9.3:1 compression piston just doesn't allow these bikes to have that snap we all crave. With the addition of the 12.5:1 HC piston, we generally find a bump in torque across the ENTIRE rpm range. This kit allows the option for the CJR dual map to utilize E85 fuel for more power and cooler running oil temps.

The torque based CJR SS Camshaft and DHM High Compression Piston bring in a combination of torque/power that hits as hard as most big bore kits. Compared to Stage 2, a significant gain in torque during roll on throttle with improved power across the RPM range. This kit allows the option for the CJR dual map to utilize E85 fuel for more power and cooler running oil temps.

CJR Stock Bore Stage 3 110R Race Kit (CJR110R) -
Bring your stock bore build full tilt with our 14+ HP Stock bore CJR110R package. Compared to the Stage 2+ kit, expect an additional bump across the RPM range that really comes to life from 6,000rpm and up. Paired with an extra 1,300rpm of additional overrev and a new rev limit of 11,300rpm, perfect for those riders that live in the higher RPM range. This kit allows the option for the CJR dual map to utilize E85 fuel for more power and cooler running oil temps.
(This kit is highly recommended to be paired with a larger exhaust like the Yoshimura, Rocket Big Bore, or Bills Big Bore System).

What Supporting Mods do I need?
Recommended supporting mods include -
- Additional crankcase ventilation to help keep these engines running cool. Avail motorsports valve cover and/or oil cap crankcase vent.
- Cam chain upgrade kit (cam chain guide, manual tensioner, avail oil pump gear) - Removes the rubber rollers known to get destroyed over time leaving small rubber chunks in the cases. Upgrades the oil pump gear which is known to sheer, which then leaves to a non-functioning oil pump.
- Recommended but not required - Full manual conversion kit - CJR full manual rotor, Avail Hydro hand clutch conversion, 6 spring clutch kit.
- Upgraded Clutch Spring or CJR/TB 6 Spring Clutch Conversion is optional depending on riding style. Aggressive riders we would recommend a clutch spring upgrade.
What do I need to run E85?
High compression is required to full benefit from E85. Our Stage 2, Stage 2+, and Stage 3 packages would require a larger 120cc injector upgrade and our custom tune settings to add the dual map.
